If the product is from a European warehouse, it means that the product is currently in Europe (usually Germany) and our delivery time is about 5-8 business days. Also consider the time before your payment reaches our account and our lead time before shipping. All in all, approximately you will receive the goods about 10-12 working days after your payment.

And if the goods are in China warehouse, the only difference is that the shipping time is longer, usually after we ship the goods,you will receive the goods in about 2-3 weeks. We use a special shipping method, it is duty free shipping without customs problems.

We can ship to the countries below: Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Sweden, France, Finland, Spain, Slovakia, Portugal, Ireland, Greece and Croatia.

You can pay by bank transfer, or if you have a Revolut or Wise account, you can transfer money to our bank account through them. Our bank is located in Germany, so if you are transferring money from an EU country, you can use the SEPA payment network to pay us, to check our bank account number, please click on the button.

We use special (delivery duty paid) shipping method to ensure that the goods are delivered to you safely without customs problem, but if the goods are lost due to force majeure (Factors such as natural disasters, war, etc.), we will resend the parcel to you or refund you directly (if you prefer).

Depending on your country and the product quantity of your order, most of the time we use DHL Paket to deliver your order, for large quantity orders we use UPS, and occasionally we use GLS or DPD to deliver the order.

The product price is show on each product page, the price is for one vape, and normally 10 pcs same flavored vapes packed in one box, so the minium order quantity is 10 pcs for each flavor at least. That’s why the initial quantity of the product quantity box is 10, and the quantity added or subtracted at each step is also 10

And if you want to order total 50 PCS, it allow you to choose 5 flavors max. for 100 PCS order, you can choose 10 flavros max

We DON’T support 1 box of 10 PCS with mixed different flavors, Unless you see an option like this in the flavor chart for some products.
